Frequently Asked Questions

Got questions about Plenty? we have answers!

What ingredients are in Plenty?

Plenty is formulated with eight core ingredients, each chosen specifically to support postpartum recovery and breastfeeding:

Regenerative Organic Certified® Bovine Liver (500mg) — The highest-dosed ingredient in the formula. Liver from ROC-certified cattle is one of the most bioavailable sources of iron, B12, CoQ10, and fat-soluble vitamins — nutrients heavily depleted during pregnancy and postpartum recovery.

Shatavari Root Extract SRI-81™ (300mg) — The primary lactation-support ingredient. Shatavari is an Ayurvedic adaptogen with centuries of use supporting milk supply. The SRI-81™ form is a clinically studied extract standardized for potency.

Organic Alfalfa Grass Juice (250mg) — Rich in vitamins K, C, and folate. Traditionally used to support milk supply and overall postpartum nourishment.

Organic Fennel Seed (200mg) — A traditional galactagogue with a long history of use supporting milk production across cultures. Also supports healthy digestion for both mom and baby.

Moringa Leaf Extract (200mg) — A nutrient-rich plant used traditionally to support milk production, high in iron, calcium, and antioxidants.

Regenerative Organic Certified® Bovine Heart (200mg) — A rich natural source of CoQ10 and B vitamins to support energy and cardiovascular recovery postpartum.

Regenerative Organic Certified® Bovine Kidney (200mg) — Dense in B12, selenium, and detox-supporting nutrients, from ROC-certified cattle.

Organic Spirulina Peptides / VerdeMins™ (81mg) — A highly bioavailable mineral complex delivering iodine, zinc, selenium, and copper — key nutrients for breastfeeding moms — bound to organic spirulina peptides for superior absorption.

Is Plenty 3rd Party Tested?

Testing covers four key areas:

Microbiology — Tested for harmful pathogens including E. coli, Salmonella, and Staph aureus. All came back not detected.

Heavy Metals — Tested for lead, cadmium, arsenic, and mercury. All results came in well below safety thresholds — including California Prop 65 limits — which is especially important for breastfeeding moms.

Mineral Potency — Key nutrients including iodine, zinc, copper, and selenium were verified to meet label claims, so what's on the label is what's in the bottle.

Ingredient Integrity — The full ingredient blend was confirmed present at the correct levels, including SRI-81™ Shatavari, regenerative beef organs, moringa, fennel, alfalfa, and spirulina-bound peptide minerals.

How soon can I see results?

Some women see results in the first 72 hours of taking Plenty, but we believe consistency creates results. After 3 months of taking Plenty daily you should experience better milk production, more energy and hormonal balance.

We recommend you take Plenty daily for your entire postpartum period to help fill any nutritional gaps. As always please consult your doctor.

Can I take this if I am no longer breastfeeding?

Yes! Plenty was designed with the full postpartum recovery picture in mind, not just milk supply. The nutrient depletion that happens during pregnancy and birth doesn't stop when breastfeeding does. Your body still needs to replenish iron, B12, CoQ10, and key minerals that were heavily drawn down over the past nine months.

Plenty's Regenerative Organic Certified® organ complex, adaptogenic Shatavari, and VerdeMins™ mineral blend work together to support your energy, hormonal balance, and overall recovery whether you're nursing or not.

Think of it as your all in one postpartum recovery stack, built for the fourth trimester and beyond.

Is this safe to take while pregnant?

Plenty was formulated for postpartum not pregnancy. You can purchase Plenty before hand to prepare for postpartum, but please consult your physician for medical advice.
