Plenty — Subscription Policy

Subscription Program

When you purchase a subscription for Plenty, you will automatically receive a new shipment of your selected product at the delivery frequency you choose (typically every 30 days). Your payment method will be automatically charged at the time each order is processed.

Subscriptions are designed to ensure uninterrupted access to Plenty and provide exclusive subscriber pricing and benefits.


Subscription Pricing

Subscribers receive discounted pricing compared to one-time purchases.

Prices shown at checkout reflect your current subscription rate. Taxes and shipping (if applicable) may be added at checkout.

Your subscription price will remain the same unless you change your plan or cancel your subscription.


Billing & Shipping

When you enroll in a subscription:

  • Your first order is processed immediately at checkout.

  • Future shipments are automatically billed based on your selected delivery interval.

  • Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days after billing.

You will receive an email confirmation for each recurring shipment.


Managing Your Subscription

You may manage your subscription at any time through your customer account portal.

You can:

  • Pause your subscription

  • Skip a shipment

  • Change delivery frequency

  • Update billing or shipping details

  • Cancel your subscription

Changes must be made before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming order.


Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.

Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled, but you may cancel future shipments.


Returns & Refunds

We offer a 90-day satisfaction guarantee on your first order.

If you are not satisfied with your first order of Plenty, you may request a refund within 90 days of delivery. Refunds apply to the cost of the product and do not include shipping fees.

Refunds do not apply to subsequent subscription shipments.


Subscription Changes

Plenty reserves the right to update subscription pricing, benefits, or policies at any time. If changes occur, we will notify subscribers in advance via email.
